They were responsive and transparent, even during a very busy time with the credits expiring.
Quality installation. Lots of delays in process. Communication subpar.
Minimum delay for design, parts, permits, and installation.
From the start, they were extremely communicative, organized, and did a really great job with the installation. I always knew what was going on and what the next step in the process would be. This is the best experience I've ever had hiring anyone for a job, this is really the golden standard of an experience.
We installed solar on our previous house in a different state, so we were familiar with the process, but Power NW really exceeded expectations! Great communication - both timely and thorough. Quality job and really happy with the entire process.
Communication was very poor. The workers did a great job but I cannot work with companies that do not provide better communication.
Power Northwest is a great purpose and community driven company that does great quality work.
The job was performed in professional manner, up to industry standards, and completed to satisfaction.
Everyone that I worked with was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional.
We were referred by friends and happy with the process. We
I had a positive experience with the entire team, so far.
Power Northwest did an excellent job with the installation and kept us well informed throughout the entire project. I had "good vibes" about the experience right from the start and they proved to be accurate.
They were very easy to work with, professional, worked quickly, and had a lot of good communication throughout the whole process.
We chose Power Northwest because they had a great reputation, they could give us exactly the components we wanted, and their price quote was much lower than the other contractors. I now feel like I would have preferred to pay more for a contractor that is more proactive and doesn't need so much pushback from inspectors. It makes me wonder about their work quality.
The entire team at Power Northwest was great to work with and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to install a solar system. From the initial meeting (informative, concise and accurate) through planning (flexible and committed—and willing to help me reduce costs!) to installation (friendly, fast, thorough and tidy) there is not a single thing I would do differently. True five-star service from a local company that clearly is committed to delivering excellence.
Good workmanship; poor sales process including a lack of pricing transparency and several missed promised dates.
Kept us updated and informed. The quality of work was excellent.
Power Northwest was really nice to work with.
It took a while to do the project. They didn't clean up very well. They need to satisfy me, the trenches are packed in. I don't know how read the battery. They are not professional.
I would give Power Northwest an 11/10 on everything!
Very professional team
Power Northwest has been great and easy to work with. They also install on concrete tile roofs.
Yes it was a great experience. Overall I anticipate there will always be specific things that come up that are unexpected in a project like this. Power NW was clear about these issues/changes and were true to their quote. The final product is beautiful and we are making clean energy!
Ethan and the team did an amazing job communicating with us and keeping us informed or apprised of the various stages of the project and who was coming every day.
We were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and quality installation provided by the Power Northwest team.
PowerNW was very helpful in describing options to help me tailor my system. They developed a satisfactory budget and delivered the system within budget. When issues arose during installation, PowerNW was proactive in troubleshooting including a late night visit to restore power after PGE removed my meter unexpectedly.
I’ve had a couple good experiences but this one was a series of issues that I had to correct and project manage. It took a lot of time and energy and it felt like a fight sometimes.
On the technical side, I think Power Northwest is fine. But I would only recommend them to a friend who is willing to push hard to get their project completed in a timely fashion.
Design of our system was much more creative and knowledgeable than other contractors we contacted. Installation was careful and happened much sooner than we expected. The quality of the work seems to be excellent.
Top notch. Highly professional team.
I thought it was a decent experience. Power Northwest kept things tidy but level of communication and quality assurance was very poor. Everything was hooked up, but they never made sure the system worked. Had to come back out 3 weeks later to fix everything. Lost money for me.
Very professional, 0 technical issues with installation. I had high confidence in the work that was done. Install was completed in a timely manner, ahead of my expectations.
The service far exceeded expectations.
Competitive bid, accurate estimates, prompt and helpful, stayed within budget. System works to the output they proposed.
I would absolutely recommend Power Northwest! They were amazing. They were great communicators. Answered all of my questions, kept me in the loop every step of the process. They ensured I understood my system and were incredibly patient with me. My project manager, Ethan was incredibly knowledgable and had an incredible eye for detail. The crew were amazing and professional! Unlike a lot of construction projects a complete roof replacement takes time, you get to see the same folks day after day. They were really nice flexible with my family's schedule.
They were very helpful and professional.
Power Northwest's prices were competitive with those of other members. I appreciated their low-pressure bid and that they were professional and did the job within the timeframe that they said.
Power Northwest worked hard to get the project done in the budget that I had. They provided a very effective and thorough presentation for what to expect for the project. I am very happy with the work they did.
Power Northwest delivered on time and on budget, but it was less than adequate in terms of communication skills.
Dan Tracy really helped me understand solar and then the installation was very professional and top quality.
I thought they were good, and they provided a lot of detailed information up front to make us comfortable with our decision to get solar.
I've already referred two acquaintances to PowerNW and told them about their high level of service.
The company did a quality job on the installation.
Dan, the sales person, is stellar. He seems to really care. The company is ethical and prioritizes doing the right thing, even when it comes to finances with customers. And the install crew is really top notch, cleaning up after themselves Nd being real gentlemen.
I’d recommend the project manager that finished my project.
The folks at power NW were great throughout the project. They successfully navigated what turned out to be a surprisingly complex regulatory process. The primary hitch in the project was a delay in permission to operate caused by PGE requiring that the system wiring be altered to provide for one rapid shutdown switch for each battery next to the meter instead of the original wiring of a single rapid shutdown switch next to the inverter, about 15 feet away. Unclear whether Power NW should have been aware of this change in PGE policy when they first wired the system or not. After a delay of about a month, the wiring was updated and all is fine now.,
The system I received was not the system we agreed upon. It's not generating the power that I was promised.
They were the only ones that would do the job in my neighborhood.
We are very pleased with our solar project. The project was within budget.
We will recommend that anyone looking for solar should contact PowerNW directly (not as a sub to another contractor) because they’re fantastic, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
