The workers were very professional and the quality of the work was extremely well done. The only negative feedback I have is the work had to be shut down by the city due to not obtaining a permit.

We didn't get any information on the warranty. We were told we would get a follow-up about the warranty. Although, I did get an email. It's not what they told us. That somebody would contact us in a day or two and somebody would initiate and go over the warranty. With that, I'd say we needed more communication.

I have limited experience working with contractors, and normally due home repairs, and updates myself. However, I have no problems working with Potomac. They are top notch, payed close attention to my concerns and needs, and would have no problems working with them again.
