Communication needs to be improved, waited quite some time for call back and some were never returned. Roof looks nice

We've had two different roofs by Point Roofing, and both times they were quick, provided great workmanship, and were pleasant folks.

Although Point Roofing has a new owner and it has been over 10 years since my roof was installed, they corrected installation defects by the original owner for a nominal fee.

Fast, efficient, local and principled…every step is driven by the ideal of providing the best service and product

Great experience from sales to cleanup. Good value.

Cost was much higher than expected (yes, the estimate did indicate that it would be that much). Even including a reasonable amount for materials, the cost was about $800 / hour. When (not if) I recommend Point Roofing based on quality of work, I will also strongly recommend to my friend or colleague that they get another estimate for comparison.

Working with Victor and Cindy was amazing, they treated us with care and not like a number or just another sale. Victor helped us every step of the way and Cindy allows followed up this us and kept us in the loop about what to expect
