My daughter just turned 4 and is still working on potty training. I dropped her off wearing a diaper so I assumed they would not let her in the restroom. When I picked her up they said that she went in the restroom and she put her head in the toilet and was left in the restroom unsupervised. Really disappointed and thinking about canceling my membership all together.
There were 2 childcare workers and my son was the only child. Neither worker showed enthusiasm when we walked in. They both seemed miserable or upset. I understand bad days happen but when you’re working with children there needs to be lightness and positivity. My son seemed fine when I picked him up but I was disappointed in how “down” the childcare employees seemed this day.
I went to pick up my 9 month old son there and neither staff member was watching the kids - one was reading a book (their personal book, not reading to the children) and the other was at the desk facing away from the kids. It was a little off putting because my son is so young, just learning to pull himself up to stand and falls a lot, also puts everything in his mouth, so if feels important to have eyes on him. Feeling nervous about going back. :/
This is a great kids area. Very clean, very safe, very fun, great staff watching the kids and engaging with them. Highly recommended!
Just because of the short hours. I wish it was open until 1 like Briggs! It’s nice and quiet in comparison tho.
Please move the morning kids zone back to the earlier time 9:00am-11:00am! After school drop off I have to wait an hour to workout bc I have my little one with me, it is very inconvenient bc I like going to plum st but it’s forcing me to go to Briggs everyday. Please change it back 🙏🏼
Thoughtful staff, clean and organized
