Very knowledgeable and friendly and keep things neat and clean
Very good service. My installers worked very hard.
We had rite window install a walk-in shower in our house and everything from start to finish was just as sales rep. stated
They did too quality work including removal of all materials
Very professional, courteous and informative
The installer kept the area clean and their craftsmanship was excellent. Good job. Looks beautiful!
1 to 2 days to complete turned into 5 days. Poorly executed installation. I made several comments about the doing nothing for hours because of poor planning (had to leave during the day several times each of the 5 days for standard tools and supplies/materials - each time over a hour while the other two workers did nothing). One of subcontractors was smoking weed in his car at site, then coming in smelling like it. Rite project manager knew he was over time of completion. Offered a $1000 reduction after speaking to his boss do to the length of time of the project, but would not put it in written and said we are to pay in full and they will issue a refund for it. Does not make sense, since we are going through your finance option with 12 months. Reduction should be done immediately through you finance service. Thursday early evening, he gave a subcontractor a brief description of how to install the shower doir because he had to leave and get ready for his vacation. The certified Kohler installer was not present. The subcontractor told us he is a flooring tile expert, never did a bathroom renovation or installed a shower door. This is not the one who smelled like weed. The shower door was not installed correctly. The bottom plate for the frame is not attached to the shower pan and the doors are flush at the top with the wall and one an inch away from the wall on the bottom of the door. Project Manager kept asking to sign the project completion form, probably to show it was done only 2 days after the promised date. The showers doors were incorrectly installed. Did not notice it until 2 days later because the subcontractor came on Friday to finish (sloppy) the caulking. Then we had to wait for it to cured before getting it wet Will be filing a warranty claim, which the wall may also need to be replaced due the drilling the side bars holes for the shower into the luxury kohler stone walls. In addition, the hide for the hand shower component leaks at the connection. If I wanted a subpar shower conversion. I would have done it myself.
The product itself is high quality and an affordable upgrade from fiberglass pre-fab shower units. Thr installation crew was professional and accommodating.
The 2 day install was completed within time limits, however, the additional 48 hours of curing time, left us without a shower for 5 days total. Having only one bathroom in our house, we felt somewhat challenged.
I will definitely recommend Rite Window. I'm satisfied with the company's professionalism. And how outgoing the team was to explain every step of the installation.
We liked the 2 gentlemen that did the work in our bathroom. They were very friendly and polite.
The installers were courteous and very professional in their work.
The communication in advance of the install was sporadic but ok. The install was set for two days. It took 5 days. The immediate area was cleaned but fingerprints on the glass and the shower walls weren’t really wiped down. The caulking was sufficient but not as clean as I expected. There was caulk marks on the wood walls above where the shower walls were installed. I’ve since cleaned it. Razz the original installer was. Professional and apologized for the delay and communicated the issues timely. Joe, who came at the end to install the shower doors was very professional,,timely and completed the job on a Sunday. The guys were obviously under time pressures but did a good overall job.
The installers created 2 fairly large holes...one intentionally for power access and one accidentally. The patched both but the patches need sanded and painted. I paid $26K + for this project...not for me to have to finish the project
Overall, we are very satisfied with the way things proceeded, the build team even worked in the snow and got the job done. The sales team knew what they were talking about and did "sell" the product, even more than what we already knew of the Kohler company. The lifetime warranty was a huge selling point for us. They quoted me a price and insured me that nothing would change that price once the process got underway, including all materials.
Will not recommend. The whole deal was a baiting switch. Fumbled from the beginning. We are not happy.
I just did in the comments below
Professional work and careful of my property.
Courteous and answered questions as they worked.
Excellent work
Over all the walk in shower is nice and we are satisfied with it. The subcontracted installers spoke very little english. Communication was an issue when questions needed to be answered. For them and me. They misread the install order and only installed one shower locker instead of two. They did make it right but it added time to the install as the panel had to be removed and additional framing installed to accommodate the additional locker. Fixtures are brushed nickel and shower head installed was chrome. The did notify me ahead of time that it would be temporary and that it would be replaced with the correct one. I had to call twice after 2 and 3 weeks to have the correct shower head dropped off. The salesman said the fixtures are "commercial grade" which made me think they would be heavy duty metal but are in fact plastic. A foot shelf we asked for was left off of the contract. I missed it when I signed as well. They did make it right at no charge. Residue from the adhesive used to install the panels was left on the bathroom door and caulking was on the side of the medicine cabinet. I got the feeling that this pair of installers had not done very many of these shower installs and they were in a hurry to finish. The total time for the installation was about 16 hours over two days.
Our wait to install was the worst part of our experience.
Overall disappointed with the quality of the products and customer service.
Quality materials were used and time was taken to install properly.
In and out in one day. Amazing.
I have already recommended this company to several people in my neighborhood.
The end product is very nice. There were a few setbacks with a broken base and an exhaust fan installation but the end product looks very nice.
I will recommend them to everyone
I’m extremely happy with the quality of the Kohler shower and installer’s were great to work with. The shower was installed in one day! It’s perfect!
Very nice job, quality work
Professional from beginning to end of the whole process!
The only thing I regret is not getting a heated seat. Man is that cold in the morning. But I was trying to save money. My fault.
We had an overall very good experience with the Rite Window and Kohler produces and the representatives that we were in contact with. I would recommend lower prices it seems a bit high for people in our region. We would have gone for the one with more color if the price would have been lower. If my husband would have thought of this earlier in life. He would have to take care of the shower himself. At his age it made it hard to do so. We have to use our savings to pay for it. That is the only downfall. It just now leaves us in a place we didn't want to be. But we do like the shower. Thank you
The crew was very good neat and professional!
Kohler hooked us up with a sales rep the next day. He was excellent in explaining the shower replacement process and showing us samples. We booked with him that day. Installation followed on schedule with 3 techs who got it done in one day. They were professional, knowledgeable and very polite. I highly recommend Rite Window for a shower replacement.
If you’re looking to install a walk-in shower, this is the only way to go!
Installers left with a small issue--need quarter round on floor to butt up against the shower base.
Price also very high which I realized later. My fault for not getting more quotes prior to signing.
Supposed to be getting a seat for our shower and have heard nothing since the end of 2025.
I would recommend Rite Window with the stipulation that it might take more than 2. days. I also would recommend that they get a contract when they sign the paperwork. I would require the production department number since our salesman couldn't give us an installation date.
We are very happy with the completed installation. Rite Window did a fine job.
The time was very short for a wonderful work, I will recommend you to my friends and family for further work, good jobs.
Quality and installation
The salesperson, Josh, was very knowledgeable. However, he promised a toilet move that had to be rescinded because it couldn’t be done. After the contract was signed, there was NO communication for many weeks. The salesperson did not respond to my calls regarding scheduling. I finally contacted the company and was connected to Mary Goose who was very helpful and responsive. She was able to move our installation date up as I requested. Once the workers started, they were great…very clean, respectful and hard working. They worked with us and made changes as we requested. The supervisor, Joe, was excellent—helpful ideas, responsive and reliable. The two men on the work crew couldn’t have done a better job. We are still awaiting the custom glass doors but that company was in touch promptly. We are very satisfied with the shower and are looking forward to enjoying it once the doors come in. We are glad we chose Rite Window after the initial lack of communication was resolved.
Very nice and listened to you concerns and gave honest feedback
The team was on time both days. The head guy was very organized and got to work right away. Demo was done the first day and mold resistant wallboard put up. And the second day they finished the job and showed me the result and they cleaned up.
Need More discussion on final plans.
Entire process was very frustrating and unprofessional. The final installers did good work with a good product but this has been the most frustrating 4 months. You typically can only communicate by email and a different person responds each time with a first name only. After the day of the sale, the salesperson wanted no accountability and eventually would respond by text.
it was ok rethink the value for what I got. I wouldn"t do it again. show me a list if the price of each idem and the labor prove to me it was worth that amount
Our shower was supposed to be installed in June but kept getting pushed back. Two pieces were ordered that didn’t fit and we had to wait for them to be reordered and come in.
The pricing was very good compared to other quotes we had done. The two man team went straight to work. It would have easily been done in one day, but there were a couple of significant snags that slowed them down. So it took another half day.
They did a great job
