At this point, there are areas of concerns that we have addressed. Thicker areas of top coat that do not match the surrounding porch. At the top of the steps, entrance to our home, there are several issues that look like someone stepped on the wet surface. These look like dry spots. I have reached out about these concerns and a service was started for us but have not heard back. Not happy about the job right now. Hopefully upon service completion we hope to say we are satisfied.

Pinnacle did a great job on our new front and back covered porches and garage flooring — it is absolutely beautiful. We chose the Mount Everest color pattern which complements our exterior gray stone masonry, white siding, and black shutters. We can’t say enough to compliment the crew who did the work.
