Worked very hard to complete my cell quality work nice people I would recommend them again to somebody.

I would highly recommend Rite Window to friends and family. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The team communicated clearly throughout the project and delivered exactly what was promised.

Until the leak is fixed I would rather not give a rating but since it is required I’m give an average rating

Price is way too high for the product received. Damages on the install. Gaps in the sealer area. Scuffed walls. Very limited communication was blamed on wrong phone number.

The customer service people understood and responded to my concerns promptly and resolved the issue.

We were cancelled on twice and we are still waiting to hear from the service department. Our faucet doesn't work right.

There were a few bits of damage to the space. The plumbing and installation appeared to be well done. The installation team seemed to work well together; however, only one of the team spoke English well enough for smooth communication.

Would gladly recommend. But would mention that its a higher end product that may be more expensive than a standard fiberglass insert.

The salesperson needs to be more clear about how long the installation takes and the fact you can not use the shower for 24 hours

Too many issues.

The installers did a great job, however, extra parts were sent and the parts needed did not come with the installers. I had already taken 2 days off work and was then asked to take another day off. Eventually one of the installers made the trip to pick up the missing parts.

Prompt completion of work. Also workers were careful and thorough to do the job and keep areas clean.

Installers did not speak or understand English well at all. I had to call the manager several times to explain & correct installation & missing items. The installation lead had to call her Spanish speaking person to interpret what I was saying. I should not have had to call the manager & certainly not as many times as I did. Their specs either were incorrect or unclear...one major example - they installed the transfer in the wrong place & only after I called the manager did they move it to the correct location.

Kitchen wall damaged.Workmen scheduled to come last Saturday but did not come nor call. Called the salesman for the mangers phne number but he did not return cnnnn

Rite Window did a excellent job with our Kohler walk in shower, vanity, toliet and flooring install. Everything is exceptional.And working with Phil & Carlos (installer)and his team was top notch. From start to finish the process was easy. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with the whole process from sales to completion. There are a few more steps involving the countertops but considering our experience so far we have great confidence that the bathrooms will be completed to our satisfaction.

Everyone was polite, they kept everything clean and did a great job

The installation looks good, but details are definitely lacking. For example, they took out the old tiles along the wall, but didn't do anything to cover them. The shower goes to the ceiling, but the material they removed still needs to be painted.They said they would come back and finish it, but ghosted me after I paid them. Shouldn't have paid in full when work still needed to be done.

The workers who did the job were courteous and polite. Cleaned everything up when the installation was completed.
