I would loke someone to call me at 973-296-1884 to discuss from walll damage to the wrong floor to not having doors for months installed, no hot water followimg the install and a huge seam on the accent wall
The salesman didn’t listen to what my needs were, installers put marks on the ceiling in shower and didn’t fix it, also the tile on the wall they cut is loose now, where the shower pan and trim meet the floor they didn’t caulk so any water gets on the floor could get under wall and cause more damage. I called service department 4 days straight and no response for 4 days. No call back no payment.

There was a problem with the materials that were loaded onto the worker's truck. They were not my order. So, we had to wait and additional day for the materials to be delivered to them. Wasn't a big deal but was definitely disappointing.
Excellent service
Amanda, our salesperson was very knowlegable and made great suggestions for our new shower. The install team were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They stayed until almost 7:00 pm to finish the job!
They left without removing the stickers on the top of the shower door bar even though I told them about it several times before they left. One of the installers did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate even though his helper spoke English. They ruined a ceiling tile by getting it wet. I called and set up an appointment to get these issues fixed and they didn’t show up. Also I do not like the caulking around the shower base and on the tile along the shower base.
Communication issues. Product installed doesn't appear to be what was sold. My kitchen ceiling was raining, I immediately called your company but nobody has responded to date. Installers used carte Blanche to other rooms in my house without asking. Damage to door.

From the first phone call to schedule a consultation, the consultation, scheduling the work, the installation, the completion of the work and the final reveal of the shower and how to use the new shower features, all met and exceeded our expectations! There were a couple of issues with the wrong base and showerhead being delivered but those were handeled quickly and did not take away at all from the final product!
the install was good but now the shower is leaking and no one will respond to our calls to fix it. Also, corner shelves were supposed to be installed and they weren't.

I would highly recommend Rite Window to friends and family. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The team communicated clearly throughout the project and delivered exactly what was promised.

Price is way too high for the product received. Damages on the install. Gaps in the sealer area. Scuffed walls. Very limited communication was blamed on wrong phone number.
The customer service people understood and responded to my concerns promptly and resolved the issue.
We were cancelled on twice and we are still waiting to hear from the service department. Our faucet doesn't work right.

There were a few bits of damage to the space. The plumbing and installation appeared to be well done. The installation team seemed to work well together; however, only one of the team spoke English well enough for smooth communication.

Would gladly recommend. But would mention that its a higher end product that may be more expensive than a standard fiberglass insert.
The salesperson needs to be more clear about how long the installation takes and the fact you can not use the shower for 24 hours
