Overall experience was great. A tiny bit of add'l cleanup would've been appreciated but for a 1 person & 1 day job the project went awesomely. A tiny hiccup w/the final payment occurred as well but we were able to find a workaround after speaking w/the management team. Maybe some clarification between the sales department & installation department is warranted. (Was told there would not be a service fee to pay w/debit card (didn't have one with first installment payment) but after install we were being charged. Ended up having to pay w/an e-check to avoid the add'l charge.

Every thing was going fine until it was time to send in the requested paper work to the VA.

We are very happy with bathroom remodel experience. Competitive price, there was nohigh pressure sales pitch, they were able to do the installation earlier than originally scheduled, our installer was very professional and did a great job. We had our "new" bathroom walk in shower finished in a little less than 8 hours. We would highly recommend anyone to at least give Renuity a call.

Wrong measurement for 2 windows so had to wait additional 7 weeks for whole job to be finished. Received multiple emails from BJ’s Home Improvement with wrong information, final pricing, and dates.

They came as scheduled and completed the job in one day. The guys went over details before and after completing the job and were very courteous. Once the job was completed, they cleaned everything up. The bath looked awesome after the job was completed.

Refund me $8,000 out of the $14,000 you charged for a shower. It's not worth $14,000.

I’m impressed with the people that did the work as well as the product. They were professional on all levels: cleaned up after themselves, drop cloths for floors & furniture. Demonstrated how to operate double hung windows & cautioned me to allow time for caulking to dry thoroughly. I’ve had a lot of work done on this old house over the past few years, so their professionalism is much appreciated.
