We had two installers who were fabulous. We love the windows. The design works perfectly for us.

Installation was quick! Product is outstanding!

The install happened much sooner than promised. Their work was impeccable, even though there were a couple of surprises once the previous shower and toiler were removed. The installer, Lucas, worked tirelessly to get the job done.

You sent Lucas out to see what was involved in the job and I was able to talk with him about my concerns and his. I WAS happy that he came back to be the installer verse sending a stranger to do the work Christan and Lucas worked together as a team that they new what they were doing.

The installers be more up front with the customers.

I think the new product by Kohler is outstanding. Feels good, wears good, and looks good. The installation was also good and everything was accomplished in one day. My congratulations to the installer who worked the installation project from beginning to end with no stops! Christin provided an excellent performance!

The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. The techs, Kamarcuz and Christian was on time and professional. They ensured that we was satisfied with the finished product. I love my new shower system. Highly, recommend this company.

Professionals love the walk on tub

We really like the finished product. Josh was very good to us. He kept us updated on what was happening with our order and installation. He took care of issues with installers. There were two or three times the installers arrived and good not complete the job because they either had the wrong parts or missing parts. In hindsight, I would have had a professional painter come in and just paint the cabinets. I had hoped that for the delays to reorder the right or missing parts, we would be given a reduction in the cost for the job.

Great People to Work With,Had a Little Hicup But Josh (which is the best)took care of it immediately. Thank You Josh

Got introduced to this company in Sam's club while shopping. Entire process has been better than expected for sure. Would reach out to them first for any future projects I plan to do.

this is subjective and relative to budget. I can recommend all day long but in the end, if they cannot afford your windows, they will not go with you. 90% of the people I know who have new windows went with the lowest cost windows. I wanted a bit more so went with you.

Workers were bee professional and explained everything to me.

They were very easy to work with

The cabinets look great, and we're very pleased with the final results. Although the process took a little longer than expected and required a second visit to complete the job, Renuity was responsive and made every effort to ensure everything was done to our liking. We appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and would recommend them.

The quality of the products was great

Felt comfortable and at peace knowing we were making the right decision for the longevity of our home.

Communication, timely, knowledgeable, friendly

Lots of promises made lots of up selling lots of pressure to buy, all kinds of promises of lifetime warranties everything‘s gonna be perfect the install is gonna be amazing they’re gonna strip everything down… The install wasn’t what they said it was gonna be. The finished job wasn’t like I expected it to be… And I was told I would have warranty documents but it seems everybody was just worried about getting me to sign off… And now nobody’s available when I’m reaching out. I’ve reached out twice because I’ve got an issue with the shower pan.

installers were very professional
They completed the removal and installation in one day as advertised. They answered any questions I had and did not leave until they knew I was completely satisfied with their work.Would definitely recommend to anyone that wanted to have their bathroom remodeled.

Loved the communication and the product!

Great people , quick to response and support any issues that might arise

Very expensive. None can afford the cheapest virgin acrylic.

Overall experience was great. A tiny bit of add'l cleanup would've been appreciated but for a 1 person & 1 day job the project went awesomely. A tiny hiccup w/the final payment occurred as well but we were able to find a workaround after speaking w/the management team. Maybe some clarification between the sales department & installation department is warranted. (Was told there would not be a service fee to pay w/debit card (didn't have one with first installment payment) but after install we were being charged. Ended up having to pay w/an e-check to avoid the add'l charge.

Every thing was going fine until it was time to send in the requested paper work to the VA.

Efficiency, on time, polite, know their product. Great company!

Good looking high quality windows with an excellent warranty. Professional installers did great job from removal to clean up.

We are very happy with bathroom remodel experience. Competitive price, there was nohigh pressure sales pitch, they were able to do the installation earlier than originally scheduled, our installer was very professional and did a great job. We had our "new" bathroom walk in shower finished in a little less than 8 hours. We would highly recommend anyone to at least give Renuity a call.

Excellent experience. We had very quick install, the installer was professional cleaned up after the work was completed.

Wrong measurement for 2 windows so had to wait additional 7 weeks for whole job to be finished. Received multiple emails from BJ’s Home Improvement with wrong information, final pricing, and dates.

They came as scheduled and completed the job in one day. The guys went over details before and after completing the job and were very courteous. Once the job was completed, they cleaned everything up. The bath looked awesome after the job was completed.

Refund me $8,000 out of the $14,000 you charged for a shower. It's not worth $14,000.

The sales rep (Adam) was very knowledgeable and tailored our purchase to meet our needs. The installer (Lucas) was courteous, efficient, and completed the job with minimal disruption of our daily routine.

The shower installation was done in a timely manner, professional and has definitely added value to our home

We are very happy with our walk-in shower. Both the Renuity sales and installation personnel were professional and friendly. The removal of our old garden tub and the installation of our new walk-in shower were done in a day. Choose Renuity. You will be glad you did.

Workers were timely and professional. The clean up of the work site was amazing. They never stopped working until the project was done. I did address one concern and the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently.

They got the job done fast and it looks great plus cleaned up the mess. Love it

Excellent service

They did a very good job putting in the windows. Clean-up was very good.

Everything they told me about the installation process turned out all to be true. I got a play by play call before the work started

Sales and install were wonderful . Great people!

Professional and good quality materials and labor

Prompt, professional

Already have told my family and friends and recommended Renuity.

The workers went about their business, and they did a fairly good clean up.

Without a doubt, I would and have recommend your services.

Superb job from the top down. Strongly recommend!

I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with the service I received from beginning to end of my beautiful windows being installed. What I love the most is that I do not hear the outside noise or cars driving by. I love that my home is much warmer since my windows were installed, and I look forward to this summer knowing my home will hold the cool air inside from the southern heat.
