The major issues that really made this process hard was the complete incompetence by management to get the change order corrections right and communication. The installs for windows, siding, and roofing went well overall and the crews were sharp and diligent. There was still so many issues with what exactly was going to be replaced and if I was not present during the installs, most likely would have been forgotten or purposefully neglected. This and the scheduling was quite poor. Several days I was told the install would happen, take day off of work, and then not see anybody or hear from anyone until Id eventually call. A new project manager eventually intervened and tried to make up for these shortcomings as best he could, I was happy with this correction and we did eventually scratch the entire change order from the cost which made up for most of the short-comings during the entire project.

We were satisfied from the initial estimate to the completion of the job and would highly recommend G Fedale. They replaced 26 windows, shutters, siding, gutters and gutter guard.

The workers were very profressional worked hard and made extra effort to do an exceptional job. The price was also acceptable. Very pleased with outcome. Windows look great.

Curtis and his team were extremely knowledgeable, effective, & efficient.

Everything was done with extreme craftsmanship. Hand designed wood trim around our door was able to be reused and not damaged at all. Deck is fantastic, will be a return customer for new windows to finish out the house at a later date. HUGE difference in maintaining heat upstairs just by changing out the windows. Saves us on our heating/electric bill which will add up enough to pay for the windows.

They were easy to work with, took into account all of my concerns and questions, and were very timely. I felt that everything was of high quality. They are very willing to follow up on any issues you raise after the aft and are very helpful even after the product is installed.

I think everything started really well. I liked the sales person, and what they presented to me., and the price was competitive. The installation process did not go very well. The guys did not seem very knowledgeable, and my husband had high expectations of the installation because he watched a lot of videos. He realized they were not doing the process properly during installation, and he also did not like the way the measurements were done which resulted in the windows not being aligned properly. They should have explained before the project that it was not possible to do it how we wanted, which was disappointing. We tried to see if we could get a discount or compensation, but they were very straight forward to say it was not their problem. We had some issues with them damaging parts of the wall and the wood board, and a guy had to come twice to fix the damages.

They responded to my request for a window replacement very quickly, and they were easy to work with. They also made it very clear and understandable for me of what was going to happen.

A general contractor is no better than their available sub contractors. Manning has very high standards for his subs, which they all acknowledged. They value Manning's business and went above and beyond to make sure that not only the homeowner was satisfied, but also the high standards of Manning. A homeowner can't vet individual tradesmen just from yelp and survey sites - to me, this is one of the key reasons to use a GC and in particular, Manning.

I would not recommend them to a friend because we have filed two warranty claims on the installation of my windows and patio door. I go months without hearing from them at all and I have to keep calling to get an update on the warranty work. The patio door isn't installed straight and one of the windows has holes. I asked for them to be replaced because the back patio doors aren't hanging correctly and it's been over a year. I'm still waiting on the claim for the windows; I still don't have replacements.

I can not make a recommendation since the installation workmanship was extremely poor.

It has been so long since the work was done I can't remember details. In general terms I recall feeling satisfied.
