I worked with Paul Davis on a remediation/restoration claim through American Family for water damage caused by a refrigerator water line that leaked. The restoration side of the claim was incredible. They were onsite within hours and finished the remediation on two levels of my home within 10 days. Updates were given daily and the project manager was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the restoration side of the claim was more challenging. Nothing happened at our job site for nearly five weeks as a result of poor communication and misunderstandings between Paul Davis and American Family. This delay was extremely frustrating and disruptive as the damage to my home was primarily in my kitchen. When we finally got the project back on track, both American Family and Paul Davis acknowledged the delay was entirely preventable had they done the right things from the beginning. That said, we're happy with the end result of the restoration in light of it taking two months longer than necessary.

Paul Davis is an A 1 company, they were great. They contracted things to other contractors, which I didn't like. Try to only have Paul Davis work on your project.
