I can’t say enough about the customization importance for the space. It was an outside porch so it is not level. The room is beautiful and fits perfectly.

Timing seems to be a problem with this company. It takes a long time to get it done. However, the job is beautiful.

It takes dealing with 7-8 people to get the job done and they immediately put through a payment with 11 pictures taken after the installation without anyone checking with me first. I know a scam bate and switch when I see one. I wanted 10 8’ tall screens only with two of them being sliding doors. Then I was told that was too tall and I would need 10 transoms above. Then I got quoted for 4 sliding doors instead of 2. I was told ‘no problem. All changes are included in the price’. I worked to get a credit of $500.00. Fernando, the final measuring person came out and his first statement was ‘why do you want transoms?’ When I said I didn’t but I was told that was all that could be done. He replied’I’m the one that knows and it should and can be done’. The HOA package I required took at least 4-5 sends before the correct visual one was sent for me to submit. I’m still waiting for the paper work to credit me for 80’ of powder coated heavy aluminum extrusions and the labor for constructing and installing them. Again the first comment I got was ‘no worries the changes are of no charge to you’. This is why I will never consider recommending this nationwide company. And I hope I can submit a few pictures of what was installed damaged.

The product is very good and we are pleased with the final outcome.
They are quite difficult to deal with as they do not answer their phones.

At first I thought he was good but it was not that good, The installation from the beginning. Screen was damaged, the person did the installation did not check I had to call him, not sealed correctly, hole at the bottom, glass window replaced, did not sealed the outside, he said that clients don’t like that, but he didn’t ask me, I am not other people.

A rather simple porch screen replacement took nearly 5 months to complete. Wrong materials (screen doors) were ordered, contractors didn't seem to know what the other contractorss were doing. The electrician installed lights in the wrong place and disconnected an important outlet. And all of the subcontractors had to drive down to Tucson from Phoenix.

1. I did not get the financing I had been offered. 2. Very difficult to get someone to ask questions to. No point of contact. It took 7 months to complete the project. I think that was because of poor communication within the company. First day of work the guys did not know glass was suppose to go into the arch. They put a temporary solid fix instead of the glass. Glass was ordered and when it came it was clear not tinted. Another glass arch was ordered that did not fit the arch. Also on the day with the initial installation the wrong type of screen was installed. My puppy ran through the screen on the day after installation. Scared him and me both. They came back and installed the correct screen.Two days later I noticed that one screen was pulling out one side of a door. They sent a technician out to repair. He installed new screen in that door. It was put in way too lose. On three different occasions when the men came out to work they came out and did not know they needed pet screen. The job was completed.

Lack of communication. It took a month before the floor was installed and it is NOT like the sample tile. I had to repeatedly call, text and email with little response. The only thing they were quick at was charging my credit card.

Partially done. Poor communication when installing the glass part. Told the Styrofoam was going to be wood then Told they could put in a window. Only 1/2 the window was installed.

Not disappointed, just not likely to endorse anything.

We had to wait months longer due to errors in measuring the spaces.

The enclosure is great, installers also. However, the scheduling is below expectations. I wasn’t confirmed of the date of the installation, and was fortunate that the installers did contact me directly. However, there is a piece missing which was the reason of the whole idea, to install a dog door. Instead, we got a glass panel and were told it will be scheduled to install soon after.
It’s been weeks and I haven’t been able to get a hold of Amy Zak, the scheduler/PM. And I’m still waiting for the dog door to be installed.
Hope this can be addressed soon.
