Was sold on cutting into the roof to fix directly to home, was never done, told company who sent a guy thats said oh we never do that even though it was on the work order. Then just never herd from him again. I moved on with life and now you keep sending survey crap to my email. Well here is your survey big fat zero!
Your sales process, communication and work process lack thought for the customer and the long-term use of your products. Your subcontractors had to come twice to get the job completed.
From the initial explanation of the quality, construction, cost, and financing, it was very clear that this was the best I could have. Turned out to be truthful, high quality materials and craftsmanship. Easy to finance and great communication with the construction workers and financing company (GreenSky).

Project took 10 months from contract to completion due to multiple instances of 'ghosting' from several customer service reps, no follow up, and minimal contact from all departments. The 10 month period made my '18 months interest free financing' feel worthless, and although Randy stepped in and got things moving, I met my side of the bargain by paying, while Patio Enclosures busted the normal timeline by over double and did not provide any sort of effort ot make it up to us.

Numerous mistakes, Lack of communication and work not completed. vendors are constantly a no show. I have spent numerous time waiting and no response.
Communicate with customers regarding project status, delays, financing issues and respond to phone calls.
Communication was poor the entire process. There were unnecessary delays because products were ordered incorrectly. The ceiling panels we agreed on weren't correct. They drilled the ceiling right into the soffit so we needed soffit cover panels after the fact. Overall happy with the install, the product materials are nice. It was just not a pleasant experience getting to the finish line.
The company's customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced
They were polite and worked well. But after receiving all the payment I can’t seam to get all the repairs finished. I made several calls. With no return cal.
Except for the fact that the installers showed up unannounced out of the blue one morning, the workers completed the project professionally in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and explained how everything functioned. Product was all high quality!
Very bad communication and nobody is providing the updates and my project is left half done !!
It took months to get it installed. Customer service was poor. I received no notification that it was going to be completed until 15 mins prior.
