Your communication was very poor from the salesman that promised the world to get the business and didn’t deliver to the office people that could not be reached because of non-working phone numbers. The only way I could reach this company was to call and pushing the new customer buttons. The one thing I give them credit for is the workers in the field were great.

One screen does not fit tightly

From start to finish the communication was great and regular updates on replacements parts. The entire process was done with lots of care.

From our first meeting, to the completed work, to the final walk through our experience was wonderful!

The project was supposed to take a few days but instead took 14 months because of incompetence. The glass was mismeasured 7 times. The wood from the previous deck was left to sit in the yard for 3 months. We ended up with termites. We ended up having to change the original plan because the doors wouldn’t fit. We ended up paying an outside contractor to install concrete to make it work. $7000 out of our pocket. Patio enclosures told the finance company that the project was complete and collected full payment in June of last year when it was not even halfway done.

This entire experience was a 'comedy of errors' but I'm definitely NOT laughing. I wouldn't work with Patio Enclosures or Great Day again if my life depended on it. Life too short to endure this level of screw-ups and frustration on a major home improvement.

His presentation was good.

The process was very easy and efficient. Enrique, the representative knew his product, was very personable and followed up where needed. There was a bit of a glitch in the beginning as the custom window panes were not present at installation. It was all resolved and installation completed

Due to all of the problems, we had the extended period of time that it took complete and a lack of communication by management. I would not recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone.

Very little communication through out this process. The scheduler Shay was the only person I could reach. Tried several times to speak to the salesman or a manager. No response.

Where do we start??! From the promises of someone stopping in for regular inspections during build to the tremendous lack of customer service to the constant delays. And of course the door has no lock whatsoever. Just a knob. It was a total nightmare. No one ever stopped by except the workers “to make sure we’re totally satisfied “. Your salesperson definitely sell ice to an eskimo. I will tell anyone considering your company to wear boots for all the BS promises they will hear. Converse TX

Lack of communication between departments seemed to be very bad. One department didn’t talk to other department so this caused confusion and caused installation delays.

Disappointment with this company was due to miscommunication and lack of communication between your departments in which right hand didn’t know what the left was doing.

Everyone from the point of sale to the final job was very friendly and professional in completing their portion of the job.

The process has taken much longer than we expected based on our previous purchase from this company.
