In any construction project there are inevitable hiccups, however Patio Enclosure’s commitment to ensure that the project was completed 100% to my satisfaction was exceptional. They really take pride in their workmanship.

We love the product!

Before I even hired them, I explained how important communication was. Communication was poor. My project got pushed back. We started in November and the project just got finished.They took the money without my approval. They don’t communicate amongst each other other let alone with the customer very well. I didn’t feel like I was treated well for what I paid.

Overall we love the enclosure but the process for us was very difficult with the amount of time it took to have the project completed and communication was difficult.

Took way too long to get it up and installed and customer service I thought was very poor

I really enjoy my new enclosure. just took longer than expected.

Poor communication with me about when workers were coming. Poor design related to my stairway and the entrance from it into the sunroom. Materials were left on the grass in summer heat for two months killing the grass. Length of time to completion was over four months. I was out of town when the door was installed. The threshold was placed on the top stair without and landing so it had to be stepped over to the lower stair. The threshold is 4 inches high which becomes a tripping hazard besides the problem with the stairway. Neither of these things are up to code. I am 82 years old and cannot use the entrance safely. I sent pictures to the company almost a month ago with no response. The. Door needs to be moved forward in some way. The original contract was for a sliding door and the change was made without a new contract being signed.

From start to finish everyone was amazing. Love my patio and the people that made it happen
