From start to finish one problem after another.
Now we have a problem with the window not closing all the way in opening right called still no one to come and look at it.
Had problems with tile on the floor broken they claim was because of the grout but they could have cut it first now I got cracked tile all on the edge and still no response or repair.
I like the patio enclosure but too many issues too many to list need someone to respond thank you.
I can go on and on but I need someone from headquarters to call me I had enough. I paid a lot of money for poor service and problems still not resolve.

The installer was sloppy and spoke no English, he didn’t do what we were told he would do.
