Patio Enclosures is currently incapable of making or honoring previous / existing commitments to in progress builds. Occasionally get calls / texts, but no one is willing to step up and pick up the ball to actually get things going. Lots of talk, no actual progress.
Been told we're "top/1st priority", but we're just one of too many "top priorities", resulting in no actual progress.
Initial 2 months went by with nothing being designed / ordered, until we complained after patiently waiting to get the initial build submitted to the factory. If we didn't speak up, there would continue to be zero progress. After raising alarms, your local team finally put us on the fast track, lasting only a couple of weeks at the most. Since then, things went back to zero priority -- orders that were supposedly put in never happened as previously committed / scheduled, and LIP SERVICE and TOTAL INACTION became the remedy.
Anyone with our similar experiences with your company would find it impossible to rate your company more positively. If your rating scale allowed it, we would rate your company LOWER than the current rating. We would never wish this experience on any of our friends.
They are knowledgeable and friendly.
High quality of materials and installation. Provided solutions to unique situation for patio, which had a slope and non vertical pillars.
Although the crew was knowledgeable diligent, and polite, corporate was not. There were times when we couldn't get ahold of anyone at corporate to get answers. Not happy with corporate. But Chris, the project coordinator, was great along with the crew that worked with him. Corporate messed up more than once.
Salesperson (Ann Crumley) was very responsible. After the order was placed, it was very difficult to get to anyone else other than Ann.
