From the salesman, Jason to the gentleman that measured and the installer Joe. It couldn’t have gone smoother.

A week long job took nearly FIVE months. Am SO disgusted with this company. Right from the get go it was a nightmare! Constant mistakes and no hurry to correct them. Will NEVER recommend them. Will file a lengthy report to the BBB.

I love my patio room BUT, the communication and service from Sam was not professional AT ALL!

Others that i dealt with from patio enclosures pittsburgh were good with following up on their end. Sam never did.

Not happy with the work.

The communication through the whole thing was horrible. No point of contact to discuss my concerns. No return calls no return emails no return texts. All bad. Even the day of installation was last minute notification. I died 3 days of prep work and demolition to facilitate a proper installation. The guys we’re going to attach to old rotted wood.

Yes, I would recommend Patio Enclosure’s, to my friends, family, and anyone that has seen my patio and deck turned into seasonal rooms.

after the contract was signed, it was a different company. No more friendly calls. Lots of little snags along the way, which could have been handled easily with a friendly call. I never felt any of the subsequent calls were friendly - they were curt, defensive Not helpful. Calls about when the electrician was coming were not answered, then they are busy, nothing definite. One screen was missing. took a long time and no real time frame until much later. Lots of excuses, I began to mistrust them very early in the process and was sorry i ever got involved with them.

I had no problems with initiation and completion of my project through patio enclosures.

We are mostly happy with the finished product, just wish the installers were more careful with the products.

The installation looks thrown together. They took the wrong measurements, sent the wrong parts (door where there was supposed to be a window). There are gaps between the structure and the walls that they left flashing for us to figure it out. The salesman told us everything we wanted to hear to sign the dotted line but then the rest of the team didn’t deliver. And when mistakes were identified, the customer rep started ignoring/not responding to my calls during the installation but she was contacting the installers.

The process from talking to the representative through the work was very good. The work was done quickly. And they took care of existing property. Very satisfied.

First, my neighbor referred me to your company. She didn’t know us, but still allowed me to come and look at her enclosure and showed me how windows and screens worked, and the insulation that was put under her deck, etc. I was told by Jason (my sales rep). That she would be receiving a referral check of $500. Now your company is trying to say it was a “self-referral” and that my neighbor (Lisa Sabol) will not be getting the referral check she was promised. Second, I requested the same installation crew that my neighbor had and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. But a different crew showed up to install it. They did fine, but it was not what I requested. Third, my contact, Samantha Gerardi was useless. I admit that I missed most of her calls, but I would leave voice mails or texts to return my calls. She never ONCE returned ANY of my phone calls.

Quality of work and materials. The staff is very informative and professional. They went above and beyond in dealing with our City’s Variance demands.

Many reasons I would not recommend unfortunately!! Especially the gutter issue! Poor customer service! Screens were installed with holes which i addressed at the time and over a month of waiting I was informed it was my one time replacement. Also I addressed the gutter issue many times and still not resolved. The worker took pictures and said what needed to be done to fix and if they couldn't fix would need a different gutter but i would be charged for replacement.

When doing a replacement enclosure, it would be helpful to be offered suggestions as construction and materials change over the years. I was not the original owner at the time the original enclosure was built 31 years ago. You are at the Home Show and have models. Things are online but sometimes you don't know what exactly you are looking at and what will work in your space. A litte more salesmanship would be helpful.

very good design. very good delivery from order to installation. Project was much higher in price than others but Patio Enclosures had a delivery that better fit our schedule.

Deliver on promises and be more effective at communication. If I was you guys, I would not use the same company for scaffolding. They really brought your score down more than anything.

When you work with a company that delivers on what they promise, a 10/10 is the appropriate rating. Sam, Rob, Kramer, and Allen did exactly what you need from a team. Allen sold it! He showed up, accepted when we were out of our price range, then met us with market specials so we could find a price that matched the project in a way we could manage. Sam and Rob are a combo that keeps everything moving. They work to ensure the customer knows what’s happening in real time- even in the middle of winder!
Kramer׳s construction team… how to describe an efficient, accommodating, collaborative group… THEY DID IT!!
I cannot express how much this group did to make everything work. We had several obstacles to make our project work and they made sure they were all resolved.

Knowledgeable/professional/friendly salesman, measuring supervisor, project manager & crew. Fair pricing with no hard sell or added costs not in original contract. Payments proceeded thru process as originally contracted. Efficient installation with no damaged parts. Took care when tying in enclosure to our house & existing deck/roof with an excellent design! All moving doors/windows operate smoothly. Finished enclosure exceeded our expectations & well worth the cost. 3-day installation time with no rush or delays as contracted

Everybody treated us so nice like they were our neighbers and everything went just perfect.

It turned out beautiful and took almost 2 months to complete.
