It would be a much shorter list to describe how they satisfied us. The construction crew was professional and fast. The sales guy was nice.
Everything thing else was a mess.
I spent my career in process improvement with fortune 50 companies. The first thing I learned was that without top management commitment to making things excellent, process improvement will fail. I do not see that with Great Day.

The quoted price was raised after the contract was signed. I feel the support structure for the roof was significantly overbuilt. The support structure for the LVL was from the ground up with it's own footing. It would have been much easier and cost effective to open the wall and put the support on the actual foundation of the house.

Poor communication throughout. Constant errors on products delivered. We were told it would take 1-2 days for project. It took more than 2 months to complete due to constant errors.
