We liked the product and the design fit our needs

Great quality of windows and excellent employees

The communication was lacking.

Love my new room! I just wish that when selling they would let you know it would be very hot in the summer and ways to cool it down. I was told someone would come out and measure for blinds but no one did anything about that. I hung curtain on my own.

Excellent and dedicated employees

I would tell friends that the overall addition is well made but not sure worth the cost and let them be the judge

The installers did a great job!

The work team was VERY responsive to any issues and the foreman, Mike VanDonsel, was EXCELLENT in coordinating and communicating whatever was going on. I would have given Patio enclosures a 10 had every communication with the organization been like the direct and honest communication with Mike.

smooth and fast

It wasn't communicated from the salesman that payments would start before the project began

The outcome is just what my vision was!!

From the initial meeting with the salesperson, to financing, interaction with the office to installation the process was very pleasant.

Great product.

Several neighbors have asked for your contact info after seeing my new windows/

Quality of work is great! Can't wait to add to our new patio roof down the road.

On time,quality

Beautiful end results. Workers were very professional and cleaned up the site. Very satisfied!

Our ultimate outcome of our new enclosed sunroom was what we had anticipated and we are very happy with it. The journey getting there was rocky at times and much longer than we were led to believe.

Quality of work is great. Customer service was on par

The crew did great work and it was done in a day and a half. They even worked in the rain.

Everything about our experience with Patio Enclosures was fantastic. It was an excellent value for the high-quality work. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it all came out!

The whole job went smoothly and correctly as it should!

The enclosure design is BEAUTIFUL. The Sales team was accommodating; the Field Installation team did an amazing job with the install and was quick to remedy or explain any issues I thought required their attention.

Mike Pickett was so helpful explaining what we could expect, very professional.. David, David & Mike were experienced & professional. We are looking forward to actually using the space.

Everyone from the salesman to all workers was very professional. The workers worked with us to build the enclosure. They discussed all problem areas with us and we worked together to solve the problems. The result was the enclosure we had hoped for. There were a few minor adjustments and touch-up areas after the major work was done and Mike worked wholeheartedly with us to complete the work. We are most happy with our sunroom and feel also that we’ve been treated like family by Patio Enclosures. Thank you!
