It was a great experience all around. Jason knew the product when he dropped by, Drew and his helper did a great install job, and Bobby was great in follow up work. Kristi was great in keeping us in the loop. The only issue was our install was pushed back twice which impacted other jobs we had going on.

After measuring twice for the job our custom windows handle don’t match up, one sliding door opening wrong way the screen on the sliding glass door doesn’t seal on backside once lock was added. plus there are seams in the trim work, dent in the kick plate, buggered up spots in the screens on the windows they have ordered anew widow an sliding door bout 2wks ago an have heard nothing job incomplete at this time

Project still not complete. Sub contractor came to install by himself, was told there would be two people. Salesman said the patio would be pre cut and installed, not the case. He had to cut and measue and place the screens, when he got here. Ashlei is aweful, she lies about when Someone is coming and tells green sky she contacts us to resolve the issue of replacing the warped screen that another sub contractor came out and messed up. Were told it would two weeks and it’s been six. Ashlei refuse to communicate with us. How hard it to replace on sliding screen. I am so disappointed. Green Sky has reached out to Ashlei on three occasions. She called once and told me to give her 48 hours to get back with us. Still waiting. 6 weeks later.

Communication after installation is poor.

The experience was both professional and the installation crew was efficient and friendly.

Initially all went well. Nice salesperson. The wait time was quite long but okay with it. Sent two people out at different times to measure but measurements are wrong when installer actually was installing! The original installer was very good snd explained everything. Had to recorder screens because of wrong previous measurement. Another wait! Sent a different installer to finish after saying we could have the first one return. Screens and door finally installed and door was a different color from the frame. The second installer finished snd asked me to sign paperwork about the job he completed at which time I noticed gaps between the door snd frame on both sides. Was not happy. He said he could fix thst snd used caulking. Not sure the caulking will hold up. Signed blank form (not too smart on my part) and he left. Was told someone would come by to inspect/follow up. NO SHOW!! Disappointed as this was quite expensive snd a long wait for a small project.

Need to have the work completed correctly. Fix the problems in a timely manner. Where is the communication?
