I was very pleased overall. From sales to installation. I did ask for local references from people in my neighborhood but never did receive anything.

I would never recommend a person spend so much money for such an inferior product.

Very unreliable as to responding to phone calls and text messages.. Particularly the supervisor(?), Cesar.) They scheduled to fix problems in the original installation, was not able to come due to a reason in the delivery of the corrected materials. That appointment was made several weeks before.
They made a second schedule and was not able to fix all the problems. Again, material problems.
Calling them to set up another schedule, not getting a full response up to now.

Product is beautiful but customer service issues arise after installation. See comments below.

nice ,easy and fast

I purchased an awning with lights. The awning was installed off level. Poor excuse given for substandard installation. The installer can’t get the lights to work! I will never recommend to anyone!

Service was excellent from the consultation through the final install. Calvin and Jessie the installers were professional and expedient.

Professional, effective staffs

Sales person was very knowledgeable. Installation went quickly and Willie's installation team did a great job. However, a screen door needed to be reinstalled and the company rep assigned to us, while saying the right things, was not as responsive as we had hoped. Eventually we contacted Willie directly and he took care of the issue quickly.

Sales staff should not recommend product options that installers know to be incompatible (specifically matching touch-up paint).

The frames of the enclosure were scratched, dented and nicked. We were told that this happens in shipment. Screens were creased and loose in the frames. Installers tried to touch up the nicks but the paint did not match. The screens have been fixed and some paint touch was done but they ran out of paint and said they would be back. It has been a couple of weeks and they have not returned.

The enclosure is beautiful. The whole team did a great job.

The quality of the material use are excellent.

Everyone was very professional.

Still waiting for call ...no response to text...email or voice-mail

The team I had work fast and efficient Calvin and Jason did their thing. I'm very happy with the outcome of. My patio, thank you so much.

The patio enclosure turned out better than expected. We love it. My daughter‘s coworker saw the finished product and is very interested in getting hers done.

Quality of work and materials is excellent.

From initial consultation to completion 100% professional on all levels

I would be embarrassed to have any of our friends know how much money we paid for our patio enclosure.

Wonderful experience!

Great communication. Finished on time. Respectiful to our home.

verbal term and contract term is confusing, no follow up after sale, communication between the project isn't clear, time to finish the projet is acceptable.

95% of the install was done in one day. Pending two glass panels. Scheduled one day to finish and nobody showed up or called. I called two weeks later because nobody bothered to call me and schedule second time but again no call, no show. Schedule 3rd time and no call l, no show.

Happy with overall experience

Willy and his installation crew were great, friendly and professional.

My project is still not complete, over 5 months and numerous visits to correct.

Wrong size windows
Paid for heat resistant glass; didn’t get that
Didn’t seal to ground outside at all
Didn’t seal inside properly. When it rained the water flooded into the inside.
Did not clean glass properly; left tarry substance on glass
Didn’t clean up afterwards. There are metal slivers on the ground inside and outside and in the window tracks
Screen windows not correctly finished
Metal framing poorly finished with exposed rough edges

Front Office scheduling and follow up communication.

Salesperson and installers are very knowledgeable of what they do and very friendly

We have already recommended this company to friends.

Professional sales and installation. Completed ahead of schedule.
