I would only recommend the company if someone asked. I would explain the situation that was a nightmare experience for me. In the end, the company rectified all the errors that COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED to begin with if they had only communicated better and had not made a mess installing.

I was originally very Leary of an all aluminum framework, which is a little different than traditional building. But after seeing the finish product, I feel confident that it will last for years. The door doors were exceptionally heavy and I’m sure your Warranty will represent a quality backup up for many years if there are any problems. In conclusion, I am be very likely to recommend after going through the entire process.

The installation (and crew) were amazing. The promises made by admin and management staff, not so much. Calls were unanswered, callbacks never happened. And materials weren't provided or were ordered late, extending the installation over 4 months.

The planning and project management are absolutely the worst I've experienced. Windows arrived the wrong size, the door was not specified in the contract and had to be replaced, and the deck was never finished. The materials I ordered and agreed upon with the designer and project planner were not implemented. The project took 11 months and was not fully completed. I will never promote your company to anyone.
