Took too long to start project (16 weeks) when sales rep and contract claimed job would be finished within 9-11 weeks. Also had to monitor the building permit process as it was used as an excuse when it only takes 1 week for out of town, snail mail permit application. The application wasn’t even in the works until l started making phone calls. It isn’t my job to monitor Patio Enclosures work practices and make sure they’re doing their jobs! Subcontractor also took (by mistake) 10 feet of my Leaf Filter screens which are worth several hundred dollars and l want them back. It’s been over a week since l inquired about getting them back and he still hasn’t shown up or contacted me again. The company communication is nonexistent and l would not recommend this outfit to anyone. Also am dealing with leaks from where the room was attached to the house. Not happy at all! For the money l was charged, this is a totally unacceptable outcome!!!
The actual workmen were wonderful! I am also very pleased with the finished product. However, customer service was an absoute horribile experience. Many calls were made to get completion scheduled. Many calls were not returned and completion dates were not honored.
Every step of the way was exactly as promised.
The installation if my enclosure was done with such precision and care. I love it!
Decision Making Factors - Price, quality, efficiency and competence of installers.
They knowingly left us with a dangerous threshold because of a simple mismeasurement. As far as we're concerned, it creates a serious liability if we or one of our friends trips over this mess. I've called and sent picture and just keep getting put off.
After getting several quotes, we chose Patio Enclosures because they sold us on their high quality product AND "in house" customer service. In the beginning, everyone communicated so well and at one point called to see if they could come and install a day early. When it did not work out for our schedule, we just kept our original install date (which was the next day) and no one called or showed up that day. We were told our install would be finished by the end of July, however it did not get fully completed until mid September. Also, some parts the installers had were incorrect (which happens and is understandable) but no one really communicated that with us and our parts got sent to the incorrect location and delayed our install. Again, we only found this out after several phone calls. Communication was not as great when it got to the installation process.
keep the right people in place and I will tell people to buy from you
