Dominick, Sales Team, sold us on the company from the first appointment. He was prompt to any appointment, answered all our questions, and was eager to make sure we had a great experience. He didn’t abandon us after the sales either. Billing processes were easy to make and Jennifer made everything super easy. Scheduling was quick and preformed to our satisfaction the first time. The dual pane enclosure is very nice and seems well manufactured. I feel this company really cares about customer service. The best compliment I could give is we would do business with them again.

The electrical sub had to come back to correct things, during which they gouged one of the inside access panels getting it off. Noticeable scratches were left on a few of the panels by the installation team. Although we booked the job over a month in advance, we didn't receive a courtesy call prior to the installer's arrival to confirm the date and time. Due to supply chain issues, Patio Enclosures purchased a different door than we ordered but neglected to tell us about it until it was already on site. The replacement was a better door, so it was a responsible change; we just wish we had been told before it arrived.

Overall excellent service. Need to wait approximately 6 months to see how product holds up.

I don’t think the salesperson was as honest as he should have been about the impacts of the decision around a 4 season and a 3 season. I was not aware of the internal icing issue upon purchase. I know it wasn’t his preference but had that been told to me I may have made a different choice.

Overpriced

Our original installation had to be rescheduled because the wrong material was ordered. The reorder took about 2 weeks so the second installation date occurred during a very cold and extremely windy day. As a result, there has been leaking probably due to the caulking. Patio Enclosure did respond to our complaints and offered to come right out to fix but with the extreme cold we were experiencing we requested to wait til spring and warmer weather; to which they agreed.

Every step of the process was done professionally, and every person I had contact with within the company from the sales person to the guys that did the work were incredible Brooke, the salesperson Tim, the gentleman who came and verified all of the measurements, Jennifer the person who coordinated the dates the work would be done, and Kuldip, the gentleman that was over the team that physically did the work.
Everyone was incredible. I have already given the phone number for Brooke to someone else looking to have work done on their patio.

Only thing that didn't please me was the price. But I understand.
