The first time to our house very polite and on time. Once done with the install we noticed a crack in the window. It was stated the new window would arrive in a month. Then started receiving emails stating I needed to pay the remainder of 2700 dollars even though you had not finished the initial install. I was hesitant as I am not a trusting person with a contractor as I have come across some below standard contractors before. We were told the window was in and confirmed an installation date. So, my wife changed her schedule to get this install finished. She waited all day and then called you guys because no one showed up. First day wasted/ time is money!! Then you came back and set up another day to install. My wife rearranged her day again. Someone did show up but did not have the right window. So now we have to wait another month before install can be done. You may feel like this is an acceptable business practice, but I do not. I feel at least a 500 dollar or more refund should happen for all our troubles.
I can't give a better recommendation due to the constant dripping from the gutter over the back door. Now it's freezing in front of the door, too. I expressed concern about it previously when we got some rain and the issue was worked on with the belief it was the answer. Unfortunately, it wasn't. This needs to be addressed quickly as it's snowing again.
I’m still waiting for the job to be completed. This was started I believe back in September and is not done yet.
Overall our experience was superior.
Our entire experience was excellent!
Project management was the worst I’ve seen. Should have taken two weeks at most and it dragged out over three months. Materials ordered were wrong. I had to find some planks for them at a local lumberyard that they couldn’t find. I gave them the same information several times and it wasn’t passed on to the project team. Communication was terrible. They installed the wrong size door and refused to take responsibility. At least one of the team was rude / inflammatory and should never deal with customers
