We are still waiting for "warranty repairs" to be completed. They are delaying the city's final approval for occupancy of our 3-season room.

It is a good product and I am very happy with the results. Installers were great but working with this group was terrible. We contracted on Feb 27 but the project wasn’t done until the end of June. They tried to blame the permit process but I could see online that permits were responded to in a timely manner, all approved on April 24. Once we got the installers to come out they were great and did a good job.

We love the porch! Our cats want to be out on it all the time! It looks really nice too.

I felt that I got a patio enclosure that looks nice and suits my purposes, and the whole process went pretty smoothly.

Dave and Joe did an excellent job on our windows.

Even though the Project was completed a bit late than expected, my family is impressed with the quality and cleanliness of work done.

Would recommend because it’s a good product but there were issues and we would have to communicate that to the person who was interested. In the end when it was finally finished 2 months after initial installation, we were satisfied.

I keep calling trying to get someone out here to fix the leaks since day 1 nobody calls back it's ridiculous

Communication was often missing or nonexistent.

Signed contract end of June and today Oct 15th job was completed. Expected 6 to 8 weeks for job. Had a problem with whom to contact for information on job and many times no return call when left messages.

When setting up installation, set an appointment, not just a " we will be there tomorrow ".

One wall of our screened porch was initially made the wrong size. It was remade, but the quality of the manufacturing and installation work was not nearly as well done as the first wall. We are still waiting for resolution. There were other issues with communication, too many to mention.
