My experience with Patio Enclosure was one that I wished I never got started. Their installers couldn't speak English so communication was a major problem. When issues aroused and bought to the attention of upper management they didn't want to hear about them, all they were concerned about was getting their money. They were very cold and lacked empathy. Their products are overpriced and not worth the money. My brother also purchased their product and had the same issues that I had. I would not recommend Patio Enclosure to anyone whose thinking about doing a patio enclosure.
