We are very satisfied with the final product

Everyone was very helpful and professional. I did not give a 10 because I huge selling point was the turnaround time and the project took longer than promised because materials were delayed.

I like the up grade look on my house it gives it.

Their electrical people had to come back twice to do the job. The first time they said they couldn’t put in two outlets and then they came back and did it. In my opinion they were lazy and didn’t want to do the work.

The glass enclosure is very high class looking

My only line of communication was the office and I had to let them know what was happening on my job site. They have no care for the job once that has been started by your subcontractors which I was originally told we’re not subcontractors. For such an expensive project, there was no overseeing. That left me to have to keep calling for concerns. It went as far as when the subcontractor did not show up. They had no knowledge of his whereabouts. My project was delayed a week due to illness, and if it were not being done by subcontractor, it would’ve been a team ready to take over the sales person knew I had hesitations because I asked the questions specifically

I could count on them to be on time and complete they job in a timely fashion.
