This was the most unorganized and unprepared project I’ve ever contracted. The agreed upon design was never sent out so when the contractors showed up they didn’t have all material to do the job. I was told this would be a 3-4 day job from the time material was received and an agreed upon installation date to start. We signed the contract July 12, 2025 the project wasn’t completed until February 2026. This project consisted of 1 22’ long by a max height of 17’ wall.

The timeline for completion of the project was an ever changing target. When signing the contract, I was told 6-8 weeks to complete the project. It was closer to 5 months! The quality of the concrete work is less than what I was expecting and took forever to find someone to do the project.

It has been over 3 months and we still don’t have a working door/window. Keep being told the handles are on back order after being told they were going to replace the whole door and/ or window. Customer service is lacking as they are slow to respond and never follow up with you.
