Shower is very nice.

The clean up after the job was poor, I am having to have the driveway power washed to remove the glue and sealant left behind

The installation person Brandon was outstanding hard worker quality workmanship.

It was a good idea install. The installer left debris all around the front door and some is still on the exterior brick (red) brick.

The result was just beautiful, functional and very modern. Solved our problem. We needed
at least one bathroom on the 1st floor that is handy cap accessible.

The install was hassle free, quick, and looks very nice

the problem was the first shipment had one damaged window, the second time the installation was to be the windows were all the wrong size. the third time it was scheduled the windows were finally installed. and the last group arrived around noon. very frustrating.

It took two days to install due to wrong parts sent, but it was a good experience overall.

The job is still incomplete. The installer will return on July 9th to complete the installation. This is the 3rd trip. I'm also not happy about the way the windows are installed. The installers had to cut out part of the original wood frame to fit, which leaves me with the task of going back in and painting. In my opinion, and expectation for a complete job, when you hire someone to replace your windows, it should look fully finished at the end of the installation. I should not have to be painting. That's why I hired a professional. I was told it wouldn't matter about the cutout because the finished product would cover the cutout, and that is not true..
