This is our second contracted job with Palmer. The first interaction was flawless. This second time around (albeit roofing vs. windows and siding), was a little more of a challenge to get the project to the final sign-off. There was some damage done to the property by the roofing subcontractor that needed to be addressed and it felt like there was some push-back. In the end, Palmer resolved all of our issues to our satisfaction. The situation just became a little stressful having to "negotiate" repairs necessary to put our property back in a condition even close to where it was before the project began.
