The price was good. The job took place when they said. They were able to start a day early They fixed the problems with the materials. The only thing I'm hesitant about is the warranty. I spent a lot of time with the salesperson to make sure I was getting a platinum Owens Corning warranty. I had to pay extra for it because Overhead Solutions wasn't a preferred vendor. I received an email from Owens Corning, and it looks like I don't have the platinum warranty. Everything else was good. They cleaned up well. I thought they could have worked more safely. They didn't tie off like I expected. The job looks beautiful. It was done at a nice price. I like that I didn't have to put any money down. The salesperson, Tim, was great. Everyone was great and nice.

What an amazing company. They will bend over backwards to make sure "You The Customer" are the most important customer they have. Our salesman came back to our home four times, all within one or two business days to personally look directly at our project and help us with all of our decision. No high pressure sales pitch, just honest answers to honest questions. Doing business with Overhead Solutions is easy and very comfortable. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

I couldn't have asked for a more professional response and great quality, along with their communication, which was outstanding. I was in the business world all my life, and I own a business now, and I noticed the morale they had, which was outstanding. They showed up on time, and they were happy while they were doing the work and had great camaraderie. You go to the grocery store, and there are kids looking at their watches and wanting to get out, but they were happy employees.

Business seems professionally run in all aspects. Very complete correspondence regarding all aspects of our roofing replacement.

Several years ago, Overhead Solutions replaced a roof at my previous home. Last year I contacted them for a repair on my current home which was needed to handle the winter weather. The following year they replaced the roof. I am currently in the process of my 4th project with Overhead Solutions for a siding and window repair job. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely responsive and has provided exceptional customer service. They certainly want to make sure you are happy with all aspects of the job.
