We've had contractors do work for us that at times was a struggle and with less than stellar results. Oregon SolarWorks was incredibly professional and helpful. We wanted some specific things and they guys worked with us including setting up a dedicated essential loads panel that allowed us to keep the system sizing to what we wanted (vs doing a much larger system). When they located batteries that were higher performance at lower costs, they informed us and we switched, lowering our install costs. We had competing work going on (getting a new 2000-gallon water storage tank installed with new pumps as well as a significant reworking of our driveways) and they coordinated their work with the other contractors, creating synergies. They were super professional; keeping us informed of the project as it went on; were very flexible in meeting our somewhat erratic schedules and keeping the worksite cleaned up. Tyrone did a fantastic job of maintaining all the necessary paperwork and warranties; handing us a well-organized binder and took the time to walk us several times through how the system operates and what to do in case of unexpected events. Overall, they were amazing, and I strongly recommend them for anyone considering installing a PV/battery system.

Respectful of property. They arrange all necessary permits and agreements with the utility and all project related issues are dealt with in expedient manner. Their reputation with County permitting departments is a considerable advantage.
