I would recommend OGS to a friend but would tell my friend all about my experience and let them decide. The initial phases of planning with Richard get high marks, but I stallation forward get slightly lower marks.

Total lack of respect for my property from the installation crew, with no supervision. They damaged and scratched 8–15 Andersen windows and my glass door.
They ruined my plants and landscaping and damaged my landscaping lighting.
The agreed-upon ventilation was not installed because it was not on site for the install and was never communicated to the crew. The roofing looks subpar to me, notably the flashing. They would have installed the wrong color flashing had I not noticed when I arrived home from a funeral.
The owner was dismissive, told me "it could have been worse," and never apologized. He blamed it on a bad crew and his salesman not communicating before suddenly taking vacation prior to my install.
I personally cleaned up buckets and buckets of nails throughout my yard. I am still not confident my children can play safely in my yard.
