As anyone who realizes it’s time for a new roof, I was worried about the major expense and quality of the job. That’s why I went with Novalis. My family has been in this area for seventy years! During that time I knew of Novalis. They worked on my parent’s home and did the roof on our addition 34 years ago. I was pleased with their work then and I couldn’t be happier with it now. The crew was incredibly hard working especially in high 90’s August heat. The job site manager, Selvin kept me informed and made certain our home was tidied up by the end of each work day. He ran a tight crew. Also, they color matched the gutters and downspouts to the house. It’s perfect!
I honestly breathed a huge sigh of relief now that it’s done especially with all the rain we have had. I find myself walking outside and admiring our roof all the time. It really gave the house a big facelift!

We had both our roof and gutter systems totally replaced. The crews were extremely knowledgeable and meticulous as they went about their work. Each day they cleaned up after the days work beyond any expectation my wife and I may have considered reasonable. The roofing foreman, Marvin, and his entire crew were great to work with. It was evident on a daily basis that they were concerned about the quality of their work. The same could be said about Gomez, the foreman and his gutter crew. The quality of their workmanship was evident in the finished product. I can't stress enough how professional, courteous and caring these workers were during the two weeks it took to complete the work on our home.

Fredo and his team did an incredible job on a complete roof replacement and left the area extremely clean every night following the day's work. Pat sent daily updates on the work that had been done the previous day with pictures, and all were extremely responsive to any questions I had throughout the project.

The Novalis crews did an outstanding job replacing my damaged garage studio roof after a large tree fell onto it. The roofers replaced broken support beams and other sections and expertly installed a new roof. The gutter people replaced broken gutters with superior gutters and corrected the faulty angles.
And the carpenters repaired the broken drywall ceiling section perfectly. You can’t tell it was ever damaged.
In addition, all the work crews did a meticulous cleanup afterwards.
So I highly recommend Novalis.
