Everyone from the sales rep to the installers were patient and listened to our needs and answered all pf our questions. Great people, great product. Our new shower looks amazing.

Their work ethic is great. They lay down dropcloths to your whole house to keep it clean. They clean up after themselves very well when the job is completed. I am very impressed with the completed shower install.

Our project was unknowingly put on hold and the only reason we found out is because we called you. Even after that was realized we had to wait over 6 weeks for our shower.

Once I 'signed off' on my project (two tub to walk-in shower remodels) I discovered a minor issue. I made repeated calls to the number I was given for my 'project supervisor' and never got a call back. After project customer service is very important to me, and this showed me that if something comes up after I sign off on the 'completed' project, there would most likely be NO after project response from this company. I won't be using them again in the future, nor will I recommend them to any family/friends.

Your crew did exactly what they said they would do, all in one day! I really did doubt it when they said they could do it!

Long Home delivered on what they promised!

The estimators constantly got the wrong measurements of one of our bathroom stalls even though we corrected him at least twice. This resulted in a two month delay. Otherwise, the workers were professional and did a great job! Once the actual work started, we were also kept apprised of the status.

Very little update on the status of the work schedule was provided. Also did not get a detailed explanation of the cost and what was covered until phoning and requesting this information. Also the original loan payment did not process. I was not notified and had to call. The accounting dept. had the account charged number written incorrectly.

On time and friendly installers were neat and cleaned up everything

While the workmanship was outstanding, it took them three months to complete the simple shower and door replacement. The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly, but the door was not measured correctly and the shelves were not in the original order.

Crew was very professional and kept me informed each step along the way.

Overall, the Onyx product is quality and the installation team was satisfactory. I would have liked to see better breakdown of prices of components vs. a lump sum price in the contract. I requested for a hard copy of the signed contract but never got one. I printed one myself using a saved online copy. We had to call the project manager several times on a minor question post installation. Same manager did not respond to email on the same inquiry.

They did an excellent job, but it is awfully costly.

The Installer that did my Bathroom were excellent. The final installs was great and the House stayed Clean while they worked on the project.
