I had North Ala replace my shingled roof in Aug 2015. I was dreading the entire process to be honest. But I have to say N Ala made it go very smoothly, they worked with me very well and I was most impressed with the contractors they had do the actual work, 2 Hispanics that worked without breaks to get the job done right. I was more than please with their work. They were very respectful of my property and did not leave a trace of trash behind them. The only hiccup we had was they drove a nail through my AC lined and cost me $300 to have that repaired.. so ready you’re contract, the fine print. N Ala did not pay for that cost, which I felt was not entirely fair. However, I would recommend N Ala.

Bad communication, not holding installation date , bad/no floor coverage , not protecting floor the time it started to rain ,very good response from the owner after we complained .

North Alabama Roofing & Restoration was chosen by my insurance company, USAA, to complete the restoration word after our home suffered water damage from a leaking water supply line. The only reason I stayed with them was because of the extended warranty that would be applied to the repairs if USAA chose the repair company; otherwise, I would have preferred to choose my own repair company.

I liked all the BBB ratings that were within the packet. I didn't even call anyone else for an estimate because I was so impressed with that. Id on't know if I got the best price, but I'm very happy with my decision to work with them.

The workmanship was very good, but I am very disappointed in everything else. The crew could not communicate in English, they showed up an hour and a half late and they arrived at the job site with no ladder (for a roofing project).
