This is our second time using them; the first time we got a huge picture window, the experience was amazing. This experience was very bumpy. The same measurements as the first window, there was miscommunication because the window was mismeasured the second time. I did not hear anything back from them. I had to reach out to see if they were coming back to finish the job. They did not assign us a project manager, and the installation crew had to ask me questions. I called the office, and they had David Kelly come out. He was wonderful and saved the day. The ending was amazing because of David.

The sales people were very helpful and worked with me. I dealt with different vendors, and I put them through a lot. I asked a bunch of questions and took my time before deciding, but they were very patient and helpful. They finished the installation in one day, and they did everything they said they would do. It was all great.
