Schedule - Elliot got the inspector on the phone and did the final approval over video chat because the inspector was on vacation. Elliot's relationships in town really shone and helped us hit that deadline.

Communication - Dana and Elliot were great. Elliot maybe communicated too much. I didn't need to know about a problem that had already been solved that wasn't actually a problem.

Recognized Excellence - Elliot. Hitting the deadline. Calling the inspector. He convinced the final inspector to visit our property on a Friday for 90% of the inspection, and then finish the last 10% over video chat at 8am the following Monday. We opened doors an hour later.

New West did a masterful job of managing the build. They were on time and on budget. This was pretty remarkable for the high quality build that we were working on. They have excellent relationships with subs and with the engineers and architects.

Schedule - The only delay we had was about 4 weeks and was due to an error by the architect. NWBC relationships with both the city and the county result in a very smooth process.

Communication - They were available day and night and made excellent use of the Procore system.
