Muñoz Roof and Roof Removal Inc. had a very quick response time, from coming out to inspect the roof to having a proposal ready for me. They also made it a point to follow up and call to see if I had any questions before making a decision, which I really appreciated.
Throughout the process, they were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and they took the time to make sure I understood the proposal and had an opportunity to ask. From start to finish, the communication was there and the job was done well. Very happy with the outcome.

From the beginning to the end the entire process was smooth and everyone was very professional. The communication was great, always available when I called. The scheduling and installation process was as communicated all the way to the end. Also, there was some minor touch ups that needed be done and Caesar handled it and communicated professionally. Outstanding service.
