I would not hesitate to recommend Modern Renovations to others needing roof repairs or replacement.

The crew was very good at their jobs and was respectful of our property. We find this quality sorely missing in today’s world….we have been telling everyone what a great job modern renovations did.

They do good work. That's why I would recommend them. They do what they say and they have good prices.

Modern Renovations does a very good job at what they do. I would tell anyone about them if they need something done on their house.

Good job

The shingles are great; but the nail hammering was sloppy and corrections had to be made. Ridgeline curves in two places. Never seen another shed without a straight ridgeline. At least the shed doesn't leak.

Ama

The price was reasonable. The work was completed quickly and a high level of professionalism.

We did thorough research on roofers and material prior to hiring a contractor, and had high hopes in Modern, but they severely disappointed.

I would not recommend

Very Professional and work promtly on our request for a new roof.

I was in an emergency situation where I needed a roof in an untimely manner. I got a quote and they got the job done in a quick time frame which allowed me to keep the mortgage on my house, so I am grateful.

Most definitely would recommend!

I would indeed recommend Modern because of fair price and local reputation.

They did a great job.

The service from Modern Renovations was fast, the price was right, and the quality was excellent.

Great communication with the company, great quality materials, and the job done right the first time!

The work was done well and quickly with high quality materials.

They did a good job.

Everything was excellent.

On time. Good workmanship. Quick after the job clean up.

There was the initial touch of the owner coming out to look at the job and make the right recommendation for what needed to be done with honesty and transparency. I think that set the tone for everything else that took place. Then the crew came in and was very professional and courteous. From what I saw, Modern Renovations did an excellent job.

quick,

language barriers with contractors at times was tedious. Generally there was only one person on a crew who could converse in english. I believe there was confusion on communicating my needs with one of the Leads. cooperation and desire to do top-notch work to the best of their understanding was always there though.

Careful explanation of job to be done. Excellent work crew. Pleased that an employee made an appointment to stop by after the work was done to check on its quality and to ask if I had any concerns.
