The entire experience was easy and installers were professional, organized and cleaned the work area thoroughly.

Job was promised to be done in 2-3 days. One single installer arrived and took 6 days to complete the job@ He didn't clean up the condo building entrance and elevator area, nicked the bedroom doorway and never returned to clean up, nor touch up the damage to our door jams! No answers from Miracle Windows on our complaints on the walk in shower job!

The salesman blake talked a very big game didnt follow through with anything he promised and will not answer any calls . Terry from miracle windows never followed through with the promise they made about painting our windows per hoa after lisa , blake or terry one made a mistake and didnt have proper permits and approval to install white per our hoa and we recieved a lawyer letter after stating we were not in compliance with hoa after your services . Very disappointing and extra cost we have purchased windows from your company twice now in the last two years but will not recommend or be using again for our home we are building because customer service is very poor beyond the sales presentation.
