Excellent to work with!

Mighty Dog of Benton Harbor did an excellent job

I was impressed with Mighty Dog from my first meeting with the salesman. All the information was given completely with no sales pressure. The proposal was complete and easy to understand. It was also competitive and had a good timeline. The installation was seamless with an excellent crew who completed the work in one day. I am very pleased with my new roof.

Have already recommended to Lisa and Irene Ahlers

Professional. Efficient. Quality. Good Price.

The project was completed in a very organized professional manner. I had 3 other estimates that were not even close to the detailed estimate received from Mighty Dog Roofing. I knew exactly what to expect, even when more work was needed.

Educational approach to the sales process

I appreciated the efficiency of the process from start to finish. The communication about weather and the schedule. The warranty was a big factor as well. I have already made recommendations.

Yes, they did well and notified me of additional roof repair needed on the very old barn.

Tom and Frankie go out of their way to make sure the job is done right.

The speed and cleanup

The work was properly done . The supervisors and workers work together to get the job done!

Prompt, responsive, good communication

From beginning to end, the experience was great.
From low pressure sales to working the job From start to finish without lag time.
There were no issues, so I cannot say how they react to problems.

Mighty Dog gave us the most competitive price and were the most thorough with the initial assessment. They made it clear they were paying special attention to all the quirks of our older home and even replaced a skylight that was beyond its lifespan.

Mighty Dog Roofing was phenomenal. I will stop and tell strangers about them, they're that good. And they were great to our dogs as well! Tom, Frankie, Steve and the rest of their team are amazing. It's nice to know there are still people that take pride in their work and take care of their customers. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service. In time very professional.

Very happy with worked performed.

Great communication and customer service

The service provided by the Mighty Dog Roofing team was exceptional. The turn around was quick. Staff showed up as scheduled and completed the work within a day. The team did a wonderful job of cleaning up.

Quoting process was good, answered my many questions, followed up promptly to address some very minor issues.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional and thorough. A real pleasure. I strongly recommend!
