Ryan was great, very detailed and knowledgeable. The crew was courteous and cleaned up very well after the job was done.

Our experience was great from the beginning. We met with Ryan who did the evaluation of our roof, explained the process and answered all of our questions. He was extremely professional the entire time and was always available for communication via text of call. We did have a delay in installation (weather related) but the team was very upfront and gave us heads up and told us immediately when our new installation date would be. We also needed a new crown of our chimney placed (unknown to us) but Ryan and his team were able to facilitate the work and have this replaced prior to our roof. The day of, the team was at our home bright and early. During demo they sent pictures of the progress to a link online which allowed us to stay aware of the status of the project (very helpful). Clean up by the team was great, we could barely tell they had been there. The workmanship was top notch and working with Midwest Roofing Technicians was a pleasure. We had previously been quoted by another company for the same shingles and work but MRT bid was better and I have no doubt the quality exceeded that of the first company. We have already shared the company name with multiple friends and colleagues in hopes they get the same experience we received. 10/10.

From the ground, the roof looked good. But Nate Jones found several shingles that was damaged. He called my insurance company and took care of all communications with them and kept me updated.
