I already do! Merrick remodeled and added to one family’s home and did someone else’s kitchen. They fixed the floor, and a sliding glass door in an apartment.

It depends on whether they had work done with you originally or not, on whether I would refer them.

They are always great.

Merrick Home Services was dealing with some personnel issues when doing our job. That bled over to our project management in an unprofessional way. Merrick Home Services ended up firing our project manager. The main worker was struggling with basic tasks and would get frustrated, use language, and hit things. Merrick Home Services came back and addressed the issues. It has been 8 months, and we have already noticed poor workmanship. I did reach out to their VP, too, and received poor customer service all around.

I would approach Merrick again and first.

The quality of the work they performed was great. From repairing holes in dry wall ( and matching the existing paint perfectly) and replacing sheets of drywall, to installing new lights, sealing an exterior door, moving an exterior shut off valve, repairing a porch roof and screening the porch, and more. We couldn't be happier. We felt the pricing was very reasonable and will likely call on Merrick for additional work. Rusty was very responsive, followed up on any concerns quickly, never made us feel any job was too small and really worked to address all our needs. We will definitely recommend their services and in fact already have.

Have used this group more than once and will use them again.

I've already recommended Merrick Home Service to a friend.

Quality workmanship; excellent supervisor who listened to all our concerns and addressed them.

They were great!

If you want the work done right the first time. Their work is top of the line. Very kind and easy to work with as well.

We have used Merrick for a number of home repairs and they have always done a great job. They always seem actually interested in the work they undertake and in doing it well

Merrick provided excellent service. They provided good quality products for our remodel. They are reasonably priced.

Merrick Home Services was professional from the design to completion. The subcontractors they hire are amazing.

We have had great experiences with Merrick overall, but on the last job, some work was conducted before we got an estimate or agreed to a price, and although we were told we got a discount because of the issue, it still made me feel less positive about working with the company.

They did a quality job, and I was very happy with how my bathroom turned out and the design.

Merrick has helped us tackle a variety of challenging home projects, big and small, including diagnosing and repairing a serious structural issue with our foundation and underpinning one corner of our house. Their knowledge and expertise far exceed the other design build companies we consulted with, and their pricing was also more competitive. We plan to use Merrick in the future and highly recommend them to others for larger remodels, structural issues, or small home improvement projects.

They're great!

Merrick did my kitchen more than 10 years ago. It was very well designed, lots of light , good cupboard and counter space.
They recently did a beautiful job removing old paint and staining my deck.

We have used them a few times. We were very satisfied with the job and the people. We would recommend them and will use them again if we have a problem.

They did an outstanding job and we're very happy with the results.
