Roofing crew did a great job all around. The soffit and fascia, crew was absolutely horrendous at cleaning up and left a mess around the house. Nails, scrap wood, old materials and garbage all around my house.

An apparent preexisting issue with the rafters causing a wavy pattern in the shingles was not brought to my attention during initial inspection, measurement or installation. Some remediation might have been possible but too late after installation.

From the initial contact to the completion of the project they listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense.

M&M Home Remodeling Services was very accommodating, and they seem to be meticulous about their work. The construction supervisor, Jose, stayed and listened to me when I had a request and tried to accommodate my request as best he could, given the circumstances. I like the guy a lot.

Trace was great to talk to. He knew his stuff. Chose them because of recommendation and Trace’s expertise. He was the most professional and qualified. I know a bit about roofing and they were doing it all correctly and they went twice as high with the ice and snow shield. And there prices were really goodI. They did the job correctly and very quickly. Very high-quality work. The house looks brand new again. I would use them again anytime.

I felt like Rachel, my service representative, was very informative. She showed me actual samples of the shingles. It was nice to see the actual roofing materials, and that was helpful in dealing with asphalt shingles. She showed me samples of the ridgeline caps, and I felt comfortable making my decision, including a workmanship warranty with M&M. A lot of the other companies didn't provide a warranty for many years if something goes awry, whereas they do.

The cleanup crew did not do a good job cleaning up.

The work was excellent, fast, and the people who worked on my home were very pleasant. They were so friendly and they were fun. It was amazing.

We previously worked with M&M getting Hardie board siding on the house, and choose them to replace our roof and eavestroughs/gutters. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the responsiveness to our questions.

Salesman did not accept M&M official mailed coupon for $750.00 off roofing. Claimed my cost was already good.

The entire staff was professional and friendly. They explained the entire process for the roof tear off and installation of the new roof, including changes that would take place in the appearance. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and were never in a rush

There were some issues, and it wasn't totally M&M's fault. It was Prairie State Roofing Supply. They sent a truck here, and we wanted the shingles put in the backyard. They did the garage and the house, and the garage was detached. I felt it would be a better situation to put them in the back. There was somewhat of an issue with the driver from Prairie State. He stated he just wanted to leave it in the front of the house. I told him that if that was his final say, I wouldn't sign off. The owner of the company actually drove out with one of his helpers. They put two empty pallets in the backyard, and we carried 54 bundles of shingles. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. When I spoke to Johnny Hanks, the superintendent, he explained that they weren't instructed to do that. I told him he needs to establish better communication with Prairie State, so this doesn't happen again. If we had left those pallets on the street on a Saturday, they would be empty pallets the next morning.

I have already made several recommendations for roof replacement to my neighbors.

It took them forever to get to the job because they were backed up. The pricing was fair. It wasn't the cheapest bid but I think they were most qualified. The work was nice and they cleaned up after the job. Even the flat roof crew did a good job and much quicker to get to the job. We had six to eight small leaks on the flat roof. They located every one of them and repaired them. We called them back for another leak repair. We didn't know if it was an original or new leak. When having to come back for warranty work, a lot of companies put you at the bottom of the list. They didn't do that. They were prompt and out within a few days. They determined it wasn't a roof leak. It was from the air conditioner on the roof. The gentleman spent about two hours on the roof and I expected them to charge us, but they wrote it off as a warranty call and never invoiced us. For the shingle portion of the roof, they were able to do the entire job in one day, cleaned up well, and you couldn't even tell they had been there, other than seeing the new roof on the building.

Very professional and when there was an issue after the job was competed M&M came out and made it right.

House and garden areas close by we're protected with tarps or some kind of protection. Area cleaned up well following completion of work.
