What I liked about my experience with Mad City cabinets were very professional of my time .spent with the demonstrator of the cabinets took his time he explained in detail what I was to expect. the material is self how to take care of my cabinets and he worked very hard to make sure that I got what I wanted the style that I wanted the look that I wanted. Each person that showed up to take the measurements into finalize the cabinets they was very professional the cabinets that was installed is very nice .respectful man he showed up on time he was concerned about my floors so he laid down the on the floor covering that doesn't hurt wouldn't track through .he cleaned up after himself and was back the next two days on time. I would definitely recommend this company they are great people

The ‘thank you cards “ are a scam. If I would have known this, I would’ve kept on looking for a more reasonable alternative. You have over $11,000 of mine and you are too cheap to honor your promise to add to your sales pitch. Yes you did promise more than you delivered. By the way, the round thing on the shower bar is loose already. Do I need to get a handyman to fix it?

The sales rep seemed honest and really tried to customize our experience. The window installer and plumber left room for improvement. The price was a little excessive but the overall quality seemed to be there. For the price we paid, we were told any unforeseen issues would be addressed and corrected, not so with our drain line.

I hated to see my 45 year old tub with ugly caulking and several porcelain chips , and faded color,BUT, what a luxurious walk in shower, excellent workmanship, solid materials. It is beautiful....

The knowledge and attention to detail the workers exhibitted was apparent all through the remodel.

From the start, they said the kitchen would be done in three days then the guys showed up and said no a week, but it still didn’t get done for six whole months. They kept measuring everything wrong and when they left, they left a mess sawdust everywhere that I had to clean up and then the final project is still not professional looking. We are very disappointed. They need to stick to just bathrooms and Windows. For the price they charged us It should look like a professional job, but it looks like an amateur job.

I'm still waiting for the stainless steel shelves which I was told 9 days ago you folks would order. Now I ordered brakes a rotors 4 days ago and they came today .

I started this process in early April. My installation was scheduled for May 1. An error caused by your “expert” cost me an entire month.

I was given a “ new” install date of May 26 (Memorial Day). When that date passed, I had to call Mad City. Eventually, I was given May 31 as my new date. Twenty minutes after getting this new date, Mad City called back to say, “Whoops! Our installers don’t work on weekends. Finally, I was given May 28 as the new one-day reservation.

The installation took two days, with the installer working until 8 pm on the 28th, and until midnight on 29th.

We were forced to change our Memorial Day travel plans. Mad City did nothing to mitigate the plethora of issues with our remodel.

The installer did a competent job; however, he did break an overhead light fixture and the shower head was not properly affixed to the wall anchor. We’re just waiting for it to fail.

I am so happy with my new walk-in tub. I used it as soon as possible after the recommended wait-time, and it has made bath time much easier and more comfortable. Now, at 84 years old, I can once again get in and out of the tub independently. Being able to sit during my bath or shower has made it safer and less tiring. Thank you for the speed of service, hard work, excellent craftmanship, and kind service throughout my experience.

I am well pleased on how the kitchen cabinets turned out the quality is definitely a 10 . I would recommend mad city for cabinets refacing Mike and Chris Detty were the techs they did a fantastic job

The installers were terrible, communication was poor, they didn’t understand English, the measure tech was even worse. They tried to fix the problems the cheapest way possible. There has to be better options out there. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
