Great experience from initial consultation to completion of project!

I liked that we were consulted pretty much every step of the way throughout the process before they proceeded with the next step.

Everything went just as the sales rep explained.

Installations was delay longer than thought. Information provided on financing was inacrurate. Problems after installation with ceiling cracks occurred and supervisors failed to do anything about the situation telling us it wasn't Mad Cities problem. Now I'm the mad one.

They are so detail oriented, concientiously completed my project on time, very experienced, customer centric, and are very professional!

So likely that have my brother in law calling you to get his shower

Their people are respectful and understanding and they know their products and how to install it from start to finish the people we respectful

They were fast, cleaned up after finished, kept me informed throughout the install, asked me what I wanted about positioning things & did a great install! Everything was beautiful—loved the fixtures!

They were quick great quality and they left the area clean.

The two men who came out, worked very fast and were very friendly. I feel like they went above and beyond because they also shoveled part of my back porch. They were putting in a sliding glass door. They went up a hill and threw my backyard, which was totally covered in snow with no problem at all. I honestly just can’t believe how fast it was installed and done that I took a whole day off work and I could’ve just took a couple hours off, but that was super fast. They cleaned up after themselves. They were just really amazing to work with.

The installers did a good job. They arrived on time and seemed to be very proficient in their work. It was extremely cold the day of my installation and I was very impressed with their determination to get the work done in such frigid conditions.

Mad City showed up on time, finished when they said they would and cleaned up after it was finished.

Great job. Though worried that floor of shower is slippery. I thought that was a main selling feature. Will try and get used to it. Otherwise we’ll call for the person who puts a non slip finish on the floor of the shower.

My initial visit with Vicki was very good. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The gentleman who installed my shower was extremely competent and thoughtful. I was shoveling snow when he arrived and he jumped out of his truck and said “Let me do that!”
I wish I had gotten his name!

Product samples are brought right to the home and product is custom designed for the exact measurements of your space. Installation required a two day timeframe, but totaled a 24 hour job! Excellent service and cleanup! Very friendly!

The shower turned out great! They had to work around a window and repaired the window as well. The person who did the presentation answered all my questions.

Gave us some information that wasn't very factual, did not return phone calls, did not give us any information on installation and when we called gave us excuses that we knew weren't true. The best part was the crew that did the installation was very good

Very professional, quality work. The installer covered every detail and did an exceptional job. I have already recommended them to two friends.

One of the workers didn’t do a very good job of cleaning up his work area. He did awesome at completing what he came to do but left a mess of debris in both areas that he worked in.

They threw away our sink when we told them not to and installed the wrong type of material for the kitchen vent when we ordered it as stainless steel. They also screwed up the glass, which they are currently replacing at the moment.

Excellent work and excellent cleanup.
