Great experience from estimate to completion.

Installation was smooth,I had a. Leak once I was able to use the shower and the response time was very quick even during the snow storm

I liked the installer Brandon very much and I liked the quality of his workmanship and the quality of the products. I also liked it was done in one day as I only have one bathroom.

They were professional, arrived on time, very clean the whole process. My shower looks beautiful!

The only thing that holds me back from the highest rating is cost. While I can afford the nearly 24K I've paid for my 2 new showers. I hesitate to recommend to any of those friends who I know that this is out of their financial reach.

Mike was professional and friendly. My only regret was the cracking of two ceramic tiles, but they are both at the floor level so not very noticeable. Other employees were also great.

I thought the service was excellent. The gentleman were on time and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They explain things as they went along and everything looks beautiful. I think I’m gonna be completely satisfied with these new windows.

The initial paperwork was smooth, not pushy. The communication throughout the process was good. There was a mishap that delayed the process, but that doesn't feel like the experience everyone would have. The job, otherwise, turned out great.

Charles was terrific on the installation. However he put the shower curtain rod too short so Mike came out and raised it to 78 in.

Nick, the installer was friendly, and very considerate of my home. He did a fantastic job, with the plumbing and carpentry. Did a great job of fitting the new shower
