Every one was nice, helpful, all questions answered. All were patient with my husband and I who had many questions, concerns. Workman ship was wonder, shower is beautiful.

There was a couple things that needed to be fixed and I was so happy that Nick, The Project Manager, fixed them for free. The company took heping the customer out over the bottom line. And that is so much appreciative. Very rare.

The quality of the windows is great. The installation for there only being one guy doing it. He did an excellent job!! He was very friendly. He was very thorough with the work he did. The clean up was like he was never here. I was very pleased with him. The only thing that may stop me for referring you guys honestly is the prices it’s kind of pricey.

I love my cabinets. I’m really pleased. My family and friends love them too. Everyone thinks I got brand new cabinets I just can’t express how much I love them!!

The windows look great on the inside and outside. Everyone who has came by for a vist, noticed the new windows right away. So far checking the electric bill, i have noticed a lower engry cost. I hope to see the lower cost continue when we get deep into winter. We had casment windows and now have double hung windows,which is going to make cleaning them with out going outside. They do cost more then windows you can get from big hardware stores, but looking at the quality and the build of the hardware windows is night and day. I feel that you can not buy a better window that will last and provide the engry savings that mad city windows are going to give you.

Our kitchen cabinet job is still not completed. Waiting for an additional cabinet hardware. Waiting for the end panels to be installed. Two cabinet doors above the refrigerator are not level with the rest of the cabinets on that wall. Also waiting for the matching paint to be returned to us. One of the workers took it with him at the end of the day.
